A 30% deposit secures your place; final balance is due 45 days prior to departure.
Cancellations made 60+ days prior receive a full refund minus administrative fees. Note: Any community-initiated withdrawal triggers an immediate 100% refund.
Caps are strictly enforced between 8 and 12 travellers on residential lines, and up to 20 for institutional study.
On Earth Collaborations, Community Return is calculated as exactly 60% of the experience fee — the community-delivered portion of your package — paid directly to the host cooperative within seven days. Earth Originals are built on partner ground supply where the community share is not disclosed to us, so we state that rather than guess.
Earth Rare places are limited to 8–12 participants per year and allocated via application to ensure cultural fit and participant preparation.
